One month after leaving the Alevere programme and I'm still within a pound of my end weight (lots of fluctuations in my weight since though!). I'm still taking Arbonne Digestion Plus and Omega 3 and keeping up the shower gloves thing and moisturising. I feel great! Though the holidays have definitely helped! I have survived one of the hardest times of year for dieting though. So far, so good Alevere!
