Restarting works! It's tougher than the first time I reckon, but 2 weeks in and I've lost a stone (6.35kg) in weight! That's a result! Only one stone off what I finished on last time now (Dec 2016). If this is the way it has to be, so be it. I still haven't hit that starting weight again - by almost a stone... and now I'm nearly 2 stone off my starting weight. Alevere works! You just need to come back if you struggle to control your weight off-plan.
