This was my update following the end of my second restart in 2017. I had a holiday booked with the family which had kind of been my goal. Problem is, it was an ‘all inclusive’ and I fell back into old habits pretty quickly. In honesty, unless you have amazing will power, Alevere only works if you are prepared to go back on it as soon as things slip out of control. I am writing this 5 months after this was recorded (the resort WiFi wouldn’t allow me to upload it at the time - and by the time I was back things had begun to slip again...). I’m now just restarting again having gained just over a stone and a half in that time. No diet will ‘fix you’ for life. It’s all about discipline. The best I can do is a revisit when I go over a certain weight. I’ll post another update soon.... Nick
